La Mansa

On the west bank of the peninsula lies the Playa Mansa, named for the gentle characteristics of its waters that are contained in the extensive Bay of Maldonado.
The coastline of fine golden sands surrounded by dunes covered with vegetation and groves make these beaches one of the most visited by a wide public. In them there are different recreational proposals such as the practice of water sports, windsurfing, kayaks, jet skis, jetskiing
, sailing, and on the sand you can enjoy volleyball courts
and beach soccer.
From a real estate point of view, this area has a wide variety of constructions, from the traditional low-rise buildings to the new towers that draw a rapidly growing horizon. Heading into the inner streets are beautiful neighborhoods of houses and chalets with green gardens and old trees that provide a peaceful setting just a few blocks from downtown.
